An estate for $300,000? Yes and it’s Aretha Franklin’s! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the other morning that you could purchase an icon’s mansion, almost 6000 square feet + 1/2 acre next door, for $300,000. The difference in the markets across the United States is unreal. Here in Pinellas County the average sale price is around $330,000 up 8.2% from 2017 but fluctuating monthly. You can find this information for yourself right on Pinellas Realtor Organization’s website. This publication is great and I enjoy receiving it every month but if you’re looking for more up to date information contact us or your local realtor. Read the full article about Aretha Franklin’s home on Realtor.com.
