The community is non-age restricted and pet-friendly, currently allowing residents up to 2 pets per unit, with a maximum weight limit of 101+ lbs (so basically no size limit for those large pooches!). Townhouses have an average monthly HOA fee of about $430 as of the date of publication, and the condo units can range from $430-$758/month, depending on the size of the unit, location and more.
