Flattening The COVID 19 Curve At The Sandy Hartmann Group
Flattening the COVID-19 Curve
In an effort to protect our team members, clients, neighbors and loved ones, The Sandy Hartmann Group would like to assure you that we are currently adhering to the CDC guidelines recommended to us to help flatten the COVID-19 curve.
Here are just a few of the things we've been doing:
Remote team meetings via Zoom web chats.
Remote client meetings for those that request it.
Limited showings or virtual showings, never with more than 2 or 3 people at a time and only when owners are out of the home.
Remote closing services with either an e-notary closing that can be done entirely from your computer with nobody entering your home OR with a remote notary that can conduct the closing from outside of your home, weather permitting.
Remote signing of all listing, contract and closing documents.
Use of hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, gloves and more to lower the risk of everyone involved.
Moratorium on open houses, until our MLS board advises otherwise.
